$450: Premium Home Inspection & Report (2 beds, 1 bath home with garage)
$60: Per additional bathroom
$40: Per additional bedroom
$150: For Duplex or Triplex Additional units (Duplex / Triplex pricing includes the Full Home Inspection, plus additional bathroom/bedroom charges, plus $150 per additional unit)
$200: Interior Infrared Thermal Imaging **Our Most Popular Add On Service** Helps to find issues with inadequate insulation, air leaks, water intrusion, and certain heating/cooling/electrical issues - this is $300 if done on it's own.
$200: Sewer Scope Inspection **Learn about costly sewer issues** We send a HD Sewer Scope Video Camera down your sewer lateral line to look for any costly issues which might need to be repaired - this is $300 if done on it's own.
$200: Water Quality Test **Learn if your water is safe** Water sample is tested in a local lab for Total E-Coli & Coliform, Nitrates, Iron, and Hardness. Lab results are provided via email in 3 business days. Let us know if your mortgage provider has water test requirements - this is $300 if done on it's own...
